    Im aiming a some point to ride for 22hrs 15mins which was my BG time
    Quirky i know but thats what Im aiming for

    Good advice, slow build up is the way to approach anything

    Im not sure really
    Ive been pondering on the route for months and still not sure where to cycle from back to my house.
