    Oh...
You should have just given them a very sarcastic answer and they'd have got the message that you've heard it plenty of times before.

I left my mums tub in the village hall that i took the banana cake up in...havent told her yet.

you should've said hello - and don't say you didn't see me in my illuminous vest!

looks like only me and Amex have made the Kinder Downfall entry list as Ponies - not enough for a team unfortunately

I think I will give the old black&white vest a trot out at Hawkshead Trail this Saturday, before reverting to radioactive green for KD...

Can't do the 26th, am working in London

Bike race is the 19th, but I have one on the 26th as well, that I cannot do

It is going to be a hard slog, juggling work and a bit of racing, let alone trying to fit in racing the bike AND fell racing...

hehe.. yup I did see a lovely radioactive shade of green flying away from me down the bank but as you were reaching almost terminal velocity I kind of thought a meet & greet was a risky strategy at that time; I'll put it right next time I come up.

It's funny really, cos i've got one of them greenies too, and it doesnt look that bright on me. It's a bit of a Ready Brek glow? I'm actually now off to trot round the club handicap race in mine. That'll give them something to talk about (or laugh as they catch & pass me)

Please explain how you have managed to build up "lactic" anywhere in your feeble corpse lately?
