It is back, same price, same place and hopefully the same weather (Although could do without the monsoon conditions the night before!)

4 mile run, 23 mile cycle, 4 mile run north of Settle, North Yorkshire.

All money raised goes to charity. Last year, for the first time due to kind sponsorship of Lafarge aggregates & Concrete UK we were able to donate £630 to Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Have you given up on the off-road loop that was talked about last year?

Long Answer: I think so, as conditions before the race put a kybosh on it, so easier to work with what is known with less variables dependant on the weather

£15 for a duathlon, damn good value, have to see a bit nearer the date whether I can do it, but am very tempted. Bargain.

Gives you plenty of time to train and beat the bike record for the 23 miles, which stands at a shade over 57 minutes, in the Yorkshire Dales!
