Anti Inflammatory Tablets

WP what is the gel like to take? seen it in the chemist, but not tried it yet?
I had bad cramp in my side today, is that what the Nuun tablets are for?

The gel is anti-inflamatory/pain relief but take a while to be absorbed through the skin (so best applied sooner rather than later).
Nuun tablets help replace salts lost through sweat.
