Yeah, I had too much time off so decided to go back to week 3 and start from there again. On the plus side, I am running again now so hoping the (predicted!) loss in weight will help me towards the 100 - it's a lot easier to push up 73kg rather than 83kg!

    I just can't do week 3

Week 3 day 2 should be

    20/25/15/15/max (at least 25)

    I did

    20/18/15/15/max 16

Keep at it OHW. If needs be repeat the week next week. One thing to try might be an additional set (after a longer rest if you need it) after it all, made up of those that you were short. In this case, a further set of 16. After a 2 min rest, this should be doable (hard, but doable). And you'll find you're closer to the target when it comes to repeating it next week.

Sending strength vibes to you...*Pulls a concentrating face, which looks a little similar to my constipation face. But it's not. Honest.*

A bit late on the uptake but kicked off with test yesterday (30 ish) and have just done session 1 of week three (3rd column)... felt ok but 100 feels a long way off! Too much time running and cycling have left me feeble in the upper body so hopefully this and getting back into using my climbing fingerboard will sort me out.

Just completed my third workout of week 3.... OK but final set of 28 was tough, oddly mostly hurting in the gut muscles! Roll on week 4! How you guys going?

Just doing this of my own accord, since a) i could only do about 20 and b) read that german fernandez does 350 a night (along with 800 sit ups!!!!). So if I'm aspiring to be as good as him, then i need to be able to do at least 100!!! 2 weeks in and I managed 51 tonight.... its about the only thing im making progress with at the moment.

in training last night, did 'pyramids' in pairs: you do 10, 'rest' in plank position, partner does 10, rests in plank, you do 9, etc down to 1 and then back up to 10. Not counted up how many that is, but it's a few.

    And it hurts.
