    some water gone under bridge since I was 33 merry - had 4jobs, lived in 4houses and a similar amount of erm, failed relationships. Probably been to 30 different countries since then too.

    Good luck everyone. I'm going up to watch with my friend so hopefully we'll see some of you there.

    I ran it last year and it was an amazing day, the nerves disappear as soon as you set off. I got to the cut offs comfortably and I'm only a very average runner so don't worry, just enjoy.

    You'll be so proud of yourself when you get to the end, however long it takes.

    Speaking as one of the people who has to sort the drinks out into number order at Hill Inn, PLEASE put your number on as big as possible and use a sticky label or something similar so it won't get separated!

    And any Guinness will be gratefully received

    great - could I have a gin and tonic (with lime if possible and ice) -

    i'll skip on the guiness as I find it a bit heavy if I've got to run, cheers see you tomorrow
