Thanks for that. I'll make my mind up in the morning as to whether I want to travel up there. Been on nights all week so I'll probably fall asleep half way round!
At least next Saturday I only have to walk out of my back gate for the Belmont Winter Hill race!

It was worth the drive weather was grand, hills were open, and mudlugger saw me wet myself!!

Ha Ha, well done Amex, you cracked a tough a race there mate, weather was perfect and the distance suits me more than those longuns.
Was good to see you still pushing hard at the end... maybe too hard eh.
Hopefully this link will go to the picture I took of you just after you relaxed, a little too much. Well done again!!

Tried to embed imgage but failed, here is a link to it.

hardest man there yesterday was definetely Keiran, who looked like the Terry Butcher (ask a footie fan) of fell running. Coming over the line with blood streaming from a gash in the back of his skull only to collapse once he knew he'd completed the task in hand... what a hero. Well done Keiran and I hope it wasnt as bad as it looked (people were almost fainting at the sight of so much blood).
