It's an out and back course, no real short cuts as the race takes the best line. Steepest climb to start, then a short descent on a concretetrack leads to an easier descent down to a beck. Then it's a long steady pull for about a mile until just short of the summit where it levels off for about 400 yards before the last short climb. Then just do it in reverse. Only likely to be two boggy bits, one just after the start and one about 600 yards from the summit.
Just hope it's not as wild as tonight was.

Has anyone done this race before, has anyone got any training tips for the race. Is it a hard course, anyone know any short cuts and routes.
