36/40/30/24/max 40 broken at various points, and on incline.
Very hard first day back, will continue this week on col. 2 then repeat again next week. Or continue on col. 3, tough as it is, then redo. I think that's less wimpy.![]()
W5D2COL2 - 18/18/20/20/14/14/16/MAX 40
Col 2 felt better: only broken set was the final one...but got there. No incline on today's as I was indoors.

Did W5D1C3 again on Weds:
36/40/30/24/Max 40 again with a few breaks in the later sets.
Tonight did W5D2C2 - 18/18/20/20/14/14/16/Max 40 (20/6/3/3//4//4)
Tough. But need to get back in the routine.
I dont understand this terminology. I can do 76 without collapsing![]()
