Started at 9am and winning times have a bit over 10hr last few years so the first runners should be in now. There'll be plenty among 'our' runners in the 15-20hr group and the later ones will be out all night. Hope it stays clear and dry

18 hours 10 and now a humdinger of a John Wayne walk. I've had two hours sleep and now have to take my daughter to a rugby tournament in Leeds . More news later.
