    Did 18 mile to work this morning and same home this afternoon.
    Really pleased with myself.
    Tough coming home though with the wind and tired legs.
    Averaged 16.1 mph going and 12.8 mph coming home.
    1400 ft of ascent each way.
    Knee feels OK.

    Need to get out more now if the knee doesn't swell.

    Just done a hour in the woods.
    Averaged 6.1mph got shiten up and had great fun.

    Just had a re-count Al, rear cassette is 11-31 and front is 42-52

    I know you need big back and small front for up's and the opposite for down's but I don't know how mine compare.

    Doesn't mean a lot to me, perhaps the big boys can shed some light on it?

    had a fixed wheel bike made up for £200 best pedleiron av ever ad would recomend to any one. harder work out maybe but no fancy bits to look after.
