Don,t be so sure I've got to ice my knee all night as it seems to have swelled up and I,m well known for going completely the wrong way!!! I even went wrong on an up and down the same way race when i started a couple of years ago!!!

Yes I have some new, new ones that fit, but they are trainers not racers as they had none (cheeky mare)
