    After my calf strain at Fairfield, I was really worried I might not make Duddon - but things are looking up.

    Been knocking about at Hutton Roof today and no ill effects.

    Pre-entered, going up friday with caravan, staying over saturday night, can't wait, hope the weather's as good as last year, without the midges

    see you there, although not pre entered...and now don't have the daft long drive from Cambridgeshire the same day.

    You'll enjoy it, sting in the tail at the end up to Caw, and Little Stand is anything but............but at least you get to the top of Hardknott Pass without pedalling

    doubtful for this, and right minged off

    can run at any pace or distance on the flat, but soon as I put my right foot on a step, get a piercing pain in the knee. Can't see that being conducive to a lakeland classic ...
