He's fine now seeing how he didn't come last, he didn't run any slower, just the others that ran faster
I was reading his little article in the FellRunner. He's after you next but in general there were some wierd results. Lads i usually beat coming 5th and lads that can win coming 11th/12th. As long as he isnt discouraged by it.
Strange results indeed. He runs a mile in around 7mins, i ain't done that for years, he still loves his running, long may it continue
