That sounds far too complicated. The way I understand it, to become a pony, all you have to do is make the decision that you are a pony. There's no rules, no standards, no fees, no vouching for other people before they can join. No UKA. You don't even have to have pony kit. Just take your choice and you can join the stable.

Being a ballbag helps though.

You do nothing to become a pony...its a sense of mind i think.....you do nothing, you need nothing......I just like devising different bits and bobs...you take and leave as you please
