Had week off and done some walking this week around Dales. Local, Littondale and Ribblesdale How are you?

Hope to be up in the Y Dales on the bike tommoz - depends where club run goes. Seem to have been v busy at work the last 2 weeks and only done bits on the bike. Started trying to run again although still stiff - see how it goes. Week off now so cycling, bit of running (hopefully) and gardening duties beckon.

I have tried all sorts including those but it refuses treatment! I'll live in hope and keep trying! Now, where's mi factor 4?

I parked in Arncliffe on Tuesday and walked up past Halton Gill to Cosh right at the head of the dale, and back, then nipped in the Falcon for a pint Littondale's a bit special
