    Hi Emm
just could not keep up with you at the finish so well done. too many cramps over the last couple of miles.
I could not find you at the end to give you that money.
i thought that was Joss coming down towards Wrynose pass.
well done to the marshalls etc that had taken water ubto the last few checkpoints. it was like finding an oasis in the desert of desperation!!
still deciding if I will do this again next year?

    Amex
it was good to meet you
dont worry about the race as it was so hot. I was going to abandon at wrynose then realised it was going to be just as bad trying to get back from there on the road I might as well carry on but if there had been a car at wrynose I would have been in it,
just so long as you have not had a fag. keep it up

Was so good to meet Man from, Witton Park oh so many and made a new mate in Sophie, who has now joined the forum, so big well done to her!!
a special well done to Mrs Amex who completed the short sprained ankle cut knee and was buzzing after it she just loved it.
many many thanks to all who sorted the event. and a special thanks to The master who took great delight in abusing me straight away, thank god it brought me back down to earth, now wheres the next set of rocks that i can hide behind
Lots of folk struggled in the heat mate, and it's not 'I want to complete a long' it's ''I WILL COMPLETE A LONG'
Keep pegging away and will happen
Well done Man from Del Monte, i know its your job to say 'yes' but you said 'no, i shall not quit, i shall finish'

"Meanwhile, back in Preston, Dave the Dog sitting at his computer makes a shocking discovery. His running partner is moonlighting with Joss Naylor AND Fly the dog

He plans his next move "

    Re: Duddon

Dave the dog wonders how he can get Emma out of the way for a few hours so he can carry out his cunning attack on Fly.
Ah! he starts tapping on the keyboard and enters Emma in the Ennerdale Horseshoe. only trouble is he keeps hitting the paws button. finally he successfully enters her. good he says...that should get rid of her for 7 hours!!
now he needs to plan his attack on Fly to ensure the affections of his mistress do not go to another
