Plan a 200 mile loop with some escape routes, eat plenty and ride steady away and you'll be fine.
Thanks Ady... I am going to give that a try... I will poor over some maps tonight and see of I can ride several intertwined figures of eight and also plan to be in villages with pubs/cafe's for some sustenance at certain times of the day...
More info found by trawling around here, in and amidst much wibbling...
Practically, we will ride the 4 cardinal points of Wales, taking in all the major cols in the process, over 5 days...
