I wouldn't mind doing something somewhere on part of TDG. I'm supposed to be on a training course in Croydon for the previous week, but I think it's been cancelled so it might be a possibility. Not sure how much I can actually manage though!
What about 1 stage Dom? I am hoping to get down and do one/two maybe................pity I am working at the start of it or could well have used my store of brownie points to do the whole thing.
Ok, I bimbled out for 1/2 hour on the MTB. Promise to do something properly tomorrow.
Easy high cadence 40ish minutes on the bike, to loosen up the legs for tomorrows races... exactly 20 kms, don't know how I did it
