10.25 mile on the roads tonight joined by Sinatra and Tryfan for 4 mile of it.
After struggling with achilles tendinitis for past 3 weeks it was good to get out for 40 mins tonight- and even better is that the achilles although still sore hasn't tightened up at all
5 miles round Regents Park. Lovely sunny day. Maybe I've been doing London a dis-service all these years!
7 miles orienteering yesterday and a nice 3 miles on the canal today

Maybe 8 miles last night with Settle harriers, hammering over Pen y Ghent and Plover Hill. It was like running in an oven too and, probably not helped by running topless, my shorts got soaked with sweat leading to serious, near fatal inner thigh chaffage. The shower after was agony.
At long last though my right ankle has normalised and I feel like I'm running properly again with no mamby pamby pussy footing required whilst going downhill.
