    Is the descent described in "Feet in the Clouds" which Kenny did down Jenkin Hill the same as the one we did yesterday, as I seem to recall that it went straight down; has the route been adjusted at the request of landowners perhaps?

    Woke this morning to stiff legs and a slow climb up/down the stairs, the descent finally taking it's toll on me.

    However did track session tonight and managed some really good times, well really good for ME! Maybe training sessions after a big race are my way forward!
