Good isnt it...they are so simple in design and concept.
I'm so pleased that it made a difference to you MT...I went out tonight and hit the trails through the forestry and gave my AT and my new shoes some serious hammer...running 4.7 miles and shaving over a minute a mile off my time..and no more sore than usual :-)
Are you doing the concentric and eccentric heel dips as well (probably as if not more beneficial for me than calf raises...but I do c'tric and e'tric riases as well just to be sure)
