    How long have you been in the 40+ age group grandma.

    I am more concerned about my back and arches for running, than my quads - anyway as a non runner won't you be at a disadvantage?

    That is why Merry was referring to my aching/screaming quads... I hardly ever run and when I do. it hurts my quads

    Been in the 40+ age group for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages and well wrinkly, ask Merry
