    parkland reps instead 3 x 600 (undulating), 3 x 200 (hill), 3 x 100 (Hill)

    Rest today..Track tomorrow steady run in pentlands on saturday

    i was out doing hill reps for 1hr 10 minutes. 5*3 minutes 5*5 minutes and then one rep to the top of the hill that took about 7 or 8 minutes

    last major training sesh before borrowdale tomorrow: would you do -

    a) 40 mins of 5 big hill reps; or
    b) 10-mile hilly trail run?
