I did a race last night in Hamsterley Forest and only 12 turned up to do it, at least i was not last!!!!
I believe there was political undercurrents within the host club . Still it was a good course and i pulled my puddings out plus won a couple of cans of Guinness and a snickers. the missus was well impressed.
Plus I met a guy who may become a Fell pony.

Either theres recently been a road built up causey or theres a bloody strong gail blowing up in the lakes!
