Is there a significant difference between following a set programme like this and just doing increasing sets of sit ups 3 times a week? I always start programmes like this one with the best of intentions but find it difficult to stick to 'do 7 sit ups' etc and get bored easily .
I might adopt the press ups, sit ups and squats as my challenge this summer. I give myself a week..... .
Sloth, it's easy to drop of a fixed program like this I reckon.
It helps to have some competition though! Myself and a work colleague are quietly and almost unintentionally egging each other on! I can't possibly be beaten by him on the squats challenge (he's been bragging about doing his max test with his 3 year old son sat on his shoulders ) and he hates the fact that despite the fact he does lots of manual work involving the upper body, he is being beaten by a girl in the press ups challenge
