I have often thought that it would be a good rule of conduct on the forums that if you wouldn't be prepared to say a thing to someone's face, don't say it on here for them to read.

I know this doesn't necessarily stop all innappropriate comment but it would cause people to think a bit about what they write especially as it is a pretty small community on here.
