I'll try harder next time....... if there is one?! Thanks for the sentiment though

of course thanks goes to the organisers and Marshalls
Well get out of hiding and tell folk that you completed one of the toughest Fell Races in the FRA calendar. I would like to bet that there's only about 1% of the UK population capable of that. And whilst you're at it, time to wheel out the Justgiving reminders now that you've completed the first of your challenges.

Endorse everyone's positive comments about organisers, supporters, marshals and litter. See you next year.

There's a cracking couple of photies there Stevio - love the splashing around!

It was wet, and the rocks so slippery! Great fun though...

I see you're demonstrating the "hands behind your back to minimise drag" technique there....

Aye AJF, I did meet you briefly at 3Ps 2008. The bloke in the Ipswich shirt (for his sins) was Erik the Viking. And I thought he was Dutch!

Hey it works you know! Head down aero position then you fly.

Eirik is a club mate, he just prefers Ipswich tops to his own club tops? Strange lad? Probably too much of that dutch stuff (for the norweigian to handle).

An ode to Bobby I can understand though
