Hey Neil - just spotted a Vet 75 finished a minute and a half in front of you in the RR - what were you drinking in France??????

No wonder they had to carry the popes everywhere

Thanks Ady - but don't think it didn't hurt. Quite a few who I took to be locals set off as if they were running a 100m sprint and some of us who should have known better went with them - and suffered for it!

Might not be very good but... Start from the centre of the villiage on the road turn right by the pub, you will now be on a flat stoney track with a few streams through it follow the track for about 300m before going through a gate on the left you then climb the steep fields by the wall turn left through the gap in the wall so you now have the wall on your right you are now on the fell on follow it steeply few rocky bits to the flag on the summit, once your there turn left and you run across the top before sort of turing back on your self diagonally on a contour back to the gap in the wall and down the steep feilds back to the start.... Not that good a description its quite hardd to explain if you do it on the day you will get a better idea, its very short about 1.8m 450ft.
