i bedded down early last night
just got back from chichester , bloody 400mile round trip
off for a recovery run soon mind
weather is lovely tonight so i may take the short cut home through the river erewash to cool my legs
its especially good when it comes up to your shorts
JJ i hope the flu will pass ready for your rivington epic, still unsure whether im gonna make it basically cos its a bloody long way and not much distance in the race so i may decide to do lads leap instead.

even stopped off at portsmouth to see hms nelson but he said he was bored bored bored

just got back and hes buggered off out with his mates
