Great race last night! My first Trunce and I'm looking forward to doing some more. Highlighted major shortcomings in my road running! Given the conditions I would imagine there were some PBs!

I'm back from Sunny Scotland now (as if), and just uploaded the preliminary results to the web site. There's a couple of intersting problems to sort though, because a few new registered runners were given duplicate runners on the night . Ho hum.

JODG told me I had run a fast time, and it felt as thought I had ran a fast time (for me)

I have just checked the results / times from race 8 and cannot believe I knocked over 2 mins off my previous pb

Just goes to show what a difference that bit of extra training does
