This Westons cider is very nice but perhaps not the best fuel for a 10 hour ride in the morning........................

Thought you'd given up drinking at home! 10hours sounds a decent ride, have a good 'un

82 Miles, 4,600' of climbing, 42mph top speed, 142 average HR, 18.5mph average speed.
Due to the cider and lack of jam and bread I opted for the club ride and stuck an extra bit in on the way back. A bit mad with myself for not doing the long ride but I enjoyed it. At least my legs will have some life in them to get out again tommoz.

Tuesday is the more social paced ride. My last 46 miles today were with the clubs 2nd best rider who 'had to get back' as his missis was off work!!
You would be fine on Tuesday, especially in winter - NLRC is becoming well known for it's welcoming ways as well of it's competitivness in regional races.

Wheels - you need 'em - Xmas will be here soon
