just still getting used to my new bike, but had a nice 30 miles on road Saturday. tonight in blackpool they close the prom to cars so we can "ride the lights" from starr gate up to thorton cleveleys, nice night if the weather holds off

Thanks Daz... Am going for a pb, but think I have just f*cked my legs by running far too much today in awful weather, pacing a mate who is running the whole length of Offa's Dyke path (177 miles)and good luck to you Hann
Ran for a fair bit more than intended and a bit more than my current running fitness allows me ohhhh oooops, as the weather was so grim and he isn't very confident in the hills...
