or try boil as above rinse in cold water till needed then a quick fry in duck fat.

NEVER let them go soggy and always buy on the stalk (if you don't grow them)
I love sprouts anyway, agree you must never cook for long as soggy is a disaster, but that recipe is definately one to save and try.
