    Grin 'n' Bear it 2009

    A bit early but lets start the ball rolling.

    A new route for the runners this year with more climbing.

    Sat 3rd Oct
    8.00am walkers start
    10.00am runners start

    Please note Registration at Crow Edge Community Centre SE 180 051
    Entry Form
    £8.00 pre entry
    £10.00 EOD

    Get your entries in soon.

    As mentioned the railway track is out and 2-3 more hills added

    expect to add 5-15 minutes to your previous times

    Its one of the ones I help organise, the main one being Tanky's of which more will un fold in the next week or so. this is a big race locally check the older threads.

    "G&B it" is also run to raise money for the MR. there is also a walk along the same lines as a LDWA setting off an hour earlier but the race is pretty good, around 80 runners usually

    I know about Tankys and want to do that but alas i am not old enough although i may be able to offer a helping hand

    help at registration and the first road crossing is always helpful thanks. Marvin did the crossing last year.

    there will be plenty of recces going on oin the next few week so get on one of those for a flavour of the route.

    Aye i did a couple of reccys last year. Il definately help out. I can get to marsden fairly easily. Hopefully il make it to shelf moor although im struggling at the mo to get over
