4 hilly miles for me today just to loosen up a bit, but travelling home by train yesterday gave the oppportunity to walk around which I'm sure helped.

emm you came zooming past me on the descent before the zigzags and there was no catching you, well done again for a great run.
mudlugger good to see you again after the waltz. i think i have some pics on the NFR website of the start, etc
I made myself run 3miles tonight and it hurt somewhat, still normal service tommorrow

Good to see you at the end Phil, don't remember passing you on the way down although I must have done at some point as Emmi had a few mins on me at summit, could have been on the boggy bits as I was moving quite well compared to the people around me eh.
I wouldn't mind a copy of the shot that the young lad got after we'd crossed the line, did you know him?

Zooming?!! That's one thing my running has not been described as Didn't see you Phil, sorry. Did you holla? All that rain in the eyes I suspect that and not wanting to look any further than where the next foot step was going!
