what do you do do you melt it or just wack a mars bar in between 2 slices of bread

Sorry for late replies gang, been out to pub quiz. Rubbish in quiz and poxey pub didn't do chip-butties either

Best way (well, quickest and perhaps Daleside's hit on it viz grab whatever I see first) is just to splat said mars bar (mini-sized are best) whilst still in it's wrapper then peel and layer into plain bread (no butter...that would spoil it of course). Best washed down with mug of tea.

do you think that's how you distinguish a fell runner from a 'normal' runner - 'normal' runners have protein shakes, isotonic drinks or raw eggs after a run and fell runners grap whatever thay can see when they get in - in my case jelly babies maybe or at the moment those horrible cheap chocolate gold coins left over from christmas - not in a sandwich though - PERLEASE!

Well I got Mrs Stick some horrendously expensive Duchy chocolate coated orange peel things which, as apparently she doesn't like, I'll give them a try 2moro.
