I hoping to scoot up Ingleborough in time to take a few snaps of you lot (and knock antisocial off his bike ) then whiz over park fell and then back towards PyG in time to take a few more (and knock AS off his bike again ).

    Good luck y'awl

Have eliminated brake judder completly now my tightening headset slightly and towing in the brakes. Last minute test ride this morning with loaded hydration sac and all seems to work well. Make sure you thread your tube through the opposite side you intend to carry!!

Is it obvious Stolly is part of my support team?

This morning, I admired my new wheels

They are a thing of beauty... built on Hope Pro III red hubs and mavic open pro rims... the Landcruiser tyres hadn't come in yet, so left the bike (sans wheels) in the shop for them to be finished with tubes and tyres and put on the bike. Having a new chain fitted, will do the new brakepads myself tomorrow when I pick it up, everything should be running smoothly...

Pipe lagging to be fitted around the spare bike tonight and I will be ready to rock and roll... Need to change my watertube around to the other shoulder, thanks for reminding me Ady
