    Only in competition with myself and my suspected stress fracture, docs on wednesday, if it as suspected, did the Good Shepherd with it and the cyclocross, means i'm either hard or stupid, prefer stupid, you get to smile more

    why are you biting then

    was too knackered to do good shepherd, is one of my faves though, that last ascent when you cross the road is a killer.
