flushed by my success at Three Shires, I'm thinking of doing Duddon next year, and I noticed in the 2009 results that the Ponies were listed in the team results!
anybody fancy a renewed assault?

Any of our squad doing the Roaches and Pendle races, i am pencilling them in as we speak. Him off the tele made a two hour appearance with me on moors Sat gone, weather was fantastic and we were sporting illuminous green and pink vests , now that was a sight for sore eyes, just as well most people had sunglasses on

Be doing Full Tour of Pendle marra, off to docs on wednesday to see if i've stress fractured me shin, been painful for two weeks, did the Good Shepherd race in pain and the 3ppp's cyclocross (no way was i missing that) if its knacked i can have a bit of a rest now
