    does 25 min in round meersbrook park with the dog count? i'm recovering from the stress of supporting the three peaks cyclocross.

    Yes! Mrs tells me supporting the 3ppp's cyclocross is harder than doing it, she's never done it, but by the same token, i've never supported it, so she may be right

    i think the cyclist and supporter could train together in special 3pcx block sessions

    block 1: cyclist cycles to win hill [supporter drives to win hill in van or car they never normally drive and practises parallel parking between cones - as the weeks go on the cones get closer and the route to the hill gets more and more convoluted, narrow and busy]

    block 2: hill reps - cyclist carries bike, supporter carries spare wheels, spare bike,drinks and gels

    Yesterday - Snake road summit to Crowden via Wild Boar Cough, then up to Black Hill and back to Snake summit via Tanky's route. 21.5 miles and 3,700 ft ascent with my OMM partner.

    I've done both - supporting is colder
