    Entries opened last year at the beginning of November..... but don't hold your breath, they were oversubscribed by about 2.5 times!

    I'm throwing my hat in the rinmg again . One of the guys I ran with last year has already given me the nod but, if that comes to nothing, I'm sure I'll be able to get in as a replacement for a last minute chicken, sorry I mean dropout

    I took part in 2008 as part of a team that was accepted at 10 days notice when another team dropped out. It's just not the same getting in at the last minute - we hadn't done any reccying, and I wasn't really psyched up for the race, although I had got enough distance in my legs.

    To the organisers - please, please, please, please can I have an entry in the initial allocation of places?
