Seriously, that sounds extreme. You'd have to fast for a day before doing it to avoid too much vomiting, as Nikalas described.

we had been building up to it with one-legged squats - which are great for strengthening legs and ankles and balance for fell purposes
Gary i told my babelicious Physiotherapist about your 100 burpee challenge today and she cringed. I managed to get in that i thought i was probably the forum record holder for the good-form squats though. prove me wrong?

Tough after my beat the clock run, but not bad. Had to drop a week in the other challenges to compensate. When I find a managable level across all 3 challenges I can progress with them all at once.
Forgot to try ZHR's one-legged ones.
