A snappy run round Passing Clouds.
10 miles steady off road around Oakworth and Oldfield.
2.5 mile, bloody lashed it down, came back like a drowned rat.
Love every minute. Head torch and trail shoes round the lanes and fields
Great to be back pottering.
See in the good physio in the morning![]()
10 mile cycle, with a 5 mile run round Famous Grouse route. Wet & muddy, but "sprinted" past a couple of mt bikers flailing around in t'mud![]()
I escaped from work at noon and drove up to Austwick for an 11 mile trot up Ingleborough. At about 1.5 miles into the run my Helly came off and the rest of the run was done tits out. Felt great going up and managed to run up all the flagged steps to crest Little Ingleborough still running. Started blowing out of my arse over the last few fields back to Austwick though. Furthest run since Blubberhouses 25 back in early April.
Lot's of walkers out today, just realised it's school holidays!
8 road miles this morning with three big hills. Steady on the flat and descents but pushed hard on the climbs.
Think I'm becoming addicted to steep climbs
34 road miles on MTB through forest of bowland, including cat 1 climb waddy fell.![]()
A very hard 13 miles with no pep in the legs at all
A lovely headtorch 5miler over Pendle with Clayton tonight. Weather was gorgeous: mild, slight breeze. Complete contrast to Sunday. Was up for more but everyone else wanted to get back for the pie 'n' peas. Felt really strong on this one. Nice!
