Glad to know I wasn't the only OMM novice spending rather too much time face down in the tussocks, baggins.
Great experience but plenty of things to improve on.
I think I upset one or two people whilst overtaking but trying to keep track of Rob ahead of me in a sea of blue waterproofs, whilst out of breath and trying shout warnings, be polite and say 'excuse me' etc., watch my footing and run in the right direction all at the same time was a challenge. I just hoped they got over it.
I know i'm only wanting to milk the moment.
and I did have a ball! But everything seems to have gone dead on the OMM website. A bit flat I feel. Photos? Vet results? discussions? news? Is everyone just tired?

4th VET team. Quite pleased with that. We were I think 8th Vet team, net.
Now I'm going to scroll back to previous years to see how my mates did. Then I'm gonna claim my free pint.
