31 miles, in 5h 58mins. From Ledbury to Bromsberrow, the entire length of the Malverns (although not over any peaks) then Mathon, Wellington Heath, Eastnor Ledbury, about 85 - 90 percent off road, tracks, footpaths, fell type bits and good old Herefordshire fields.

That's the longest I've ever run and the peak long run in my prep for the Brecons Ultra.

Felt pretty flat for the last 6 miles and had a mental battle with lactic acid, But feel surprisingly good now, albeit very tired.

A Cheeky 10.5 Over Black hill from wessenden head, along Laddow, up the chew path then across Laddow moss to the Trig at the head of Green Grai... & Back in a portly 2:18.
Why do people bring their dogs to the middle of a huge peat moor and let them cr*p on the stone path?
