Leg 2 for me also. I agree, it's the best leg, although 4 is a close 2nd.In fact, more I think about it, the more I think it's the best leg
I'm doing leg 3 this year, did leg 2 last year... that was a good run, some tough climbing.

This may sound a really stupid question...but does the route generally follow the c'dale way bang on?

Are there any sign posts like there are on the pennine bridleway?
Looks like i am making my Calderdale debut this year. Our captain is asking who wants to do which legs. Any advice on which are the best legs and ones to be avoided?
Avoid the steep/boggy/long ones.
