The 'hostilies' should be keeping their eyes on the terrain infront of them rather than you back-side.

Ha ha! It was a great race, really enjoyed it, specially watching the kids races- they were so cute! Wish we got numbers like that in South Wales races. Been ill ever since but never mind...
