Oh dear...this is going to do my heed in now...off to running club soon which i anticipate will involve avoiding idle talk so i can now construct a limerick.......aaaaaaarrrrrrrgh!

Who suddenly ran a lot faster
When one day he heard
He could run as a bird
If he strapped down his co*k with a plaster.

on the contrary boy wonder i found it highly amusing but i bet it hurt poor caster! awwwww!
