Having a jog up wildboar, down torside & then dowstone clough this morning. I'll be descending via near black clough so I'll keep my eyes open for snares.

Just in meself. More studmarks than you could shake a stick at.
Had a nice trot around up there today. Went up wild boar and then peeled away from the bunch going onto Edale and came down to Torside. The ground where it isn't slop is looking like an advert for INOV8 at the moment.
I went the Lawrence Edge way last year and wouldn’t recommend it. Slightly more direct than the Torside route but not good underfoot (lots of rocks hidden in the heather/bracken) and takes more out of the legs. Don’t think I will going up Lawrence Edge way again. Best to take the Torside route and head over the moor to Dowstone Clough and Hern Stones or stick to the Pennine Way.
After a very useful outing over Bleaklow this morning, I've decided which way I'm going.Navigation was spot-on today, I just hope I can replicate it during the race.
How are most people planning on getting back to their cars, or is there a shuttle bus back or something?
